Jared Matlock is the Founder and CEO of Sentinel UAV Ltd., headquartered in Grande Prairie, Alberta. Born and raised in the Grande Prairie region, Jared has spent nearly a decade utilizing drone technology for aerial photography, videography, photogrammetry, elevation modeling, and mapping applications.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Sustainability and Innovation from Royal Roads University in Victoria, British Columbia. Today, Jared leads Sentinel UAV's Alberta-based operations, helping clients leverage aerial intelligence to improve safety, reduce costs, and make more informed decisions.
His vision is to build the next generation of intelligent and autonomous aerial systems that deliver measurable value across industry, infrastructure, agriculture, and resource sectors.
Brett Casorzo
Brett Casorzo serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Compliance Manager for Sentinel UAV Ltd., where he helps oversee company operations, regulatory compliance, organizational development, and strategic growth initiatives.
Originally from Campbell River on Vancouver Island, Brett holds a Diploma in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Royal Roads University in Victoria, British Columbia. His professional background in social services provided extensive experience working within regulatory frameworks, policy development, stakeholder engagement, and community-focused organizations—skills that now contribute directly to Sentinel UAV's commitment to safe, compliant, and professional drone operations.
Now based in Toronto, Ontario, Brett supports Sentinel UAV's growing operations across Alberta and Western Canada, helping ensure the company maintains the highest standards of operational excellence, safety, and regulatory integrity.
Michael Ernst
Michael is an IT professional hailing from New Zealand. Armed with a computer science degree from Massey University, Michael has honed his skills and expertise in the ever-evolving world of technology.
Fuelled by a passion for the outdoors and a knack for problem-solving, Michael's journey has led him to the precipice of a new adventure. With a keen interest in UAV technology, he is poised to embark on a thrilling new chapter with Sentinel UAV.

Leanne Bausman
Leanne Bausman serves as Chief Pilot and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager for Sentinel UAV Ltd., overseeing flight operations, pilot competency, and operational safety across the company's aerial missions.
Based in Grande Prairie, Alberta, Leanne obtained her Transport Canada Level 1 Complex Operations Pilot Certificate in 2026 and brings extensive experience in commercial drone operations, aerial photography, and videography. Her portfolio includes documentaries, commercial productions, promotional campaigns, historical projects, and industrial developments, including aerial progress photography and videography for the Site C Dam project near Fort St. John, British Columbia.
As Sentinel UAV's Chief Pilot and HSE Manager, Leanne helps ensure every mission is conducted with a strong focus on safety, professionalism, and regulatory compliance.
Outside of work, she enjoys painting, music, fishing with her husband, and volunteering with the Army Cadet Program.
